By using VR Voyages’ services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Risk:
Virtual reality experiences may cause disorientation or discomfort. Participants agree to use services at their own risk and acknowledge any physical or medical limitations before participating.
2. Supervision:
Children under 13 must be supervised by a parent or guardian. There is no minimum age to participate.
3. Behaviour:
Abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the experience without refund.
4. Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be paid in full through our website. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
5. Intellectual Property:
All VR content, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of VR Voyages and may not be reproduced or distributed.
6. Limitation of Liability:
VR Voyages is not liable for injuries, data loss, or damages resulting from the use of its services except where required by law.
