– Cancellations made **48 hours or more in advance**: Full refund or free rescheduling.

– Cancellations made **less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows**: Non-refundable.

Rescheduling must be done via the booking system. One-time courtesy reschedules are offered for
qualifying bookings.
